Drummond has been executive vice president and COO of Lakeland Regional Health since 2016. Under Drummond's leadership, Lakeland earned an "A" safety grade from the Leapfrog Group every year between 2015 and 2017. Drummond helped Lakeland achieve a 3.9% operating margin in 2017, despite losing $2 million in state Medicaid funding. She is overseeing a $273 million expansion, including a new eight-story tower. Prior to joining Lakeland, she spent eight years with Philadelphia-based Main Line Health. She also served as vice president of operations at Lankenau Medical Center, a 330-bed academic hospital in suburban Philadelphia.
