Kuhn has been COO of Banner Health since 2017. She is responsible for overseeing 28 hospitals and medical centers in addition to other business operating units, including Banner Health Network, Banner Medical Group, Banner Home Care and Banner Hospice. Kuhn is also in charge of leading strategy and planning, development and construction, nursing and delivery integration efforts, operating efficiency and customer loyalty. Previously, Kuhn served as president of the Arizona East Region of Banner, where she was responsible for eight acute-care and specialty hospitals.
