Glimcher was named president and CEO in February 2016, becoming the first woman to lead the famed cancer center. She also serves as CEO of Dana-Farber/Partners CancerCare; director of Dana-Farber/Harvard Cancer Center; and trustee of Dana-Farber/Children's Hospital Cancer Care. Glimcher has served as the Stephen and Suzanne Weiss dean and professor of medicine of Weill Cornell Medical College and as Cornell University's provost for medical affairs.
