Lassiter became CEO of Henry Ford Health System early last year after spending two years as president. He's led an expansion at the system and influenced Detroit's economic revival. Lassiter led the groundbreaking of the six-story, 187,000-square-foot Brigitte Harris Cancer Pavilion at Henry Ford Hospital, expected to open in 2020. The $155 million project is the first major expansion on the Henry Ford campus in more than two decades. Lassiter also has spearheaded efforts to promote healthy living in the community.
