The California Hospital Association wanted to increase the public's positive views of hospitals across the state. The "Emergency Room or Urgent Care?" quiz sought to increase transparency about hospital services by guiding patients through a series of questions about the best options for immediate care. An email campaign drove more than 3,500 people to the website and 70% of those visitors completed the quiz. Paid Facebook posts reached 60,000 people, 46% of whom completed the quiz. More than 30,000 people have taken the quiz.
