The opioid epidemic has created an aura of fear of overdosing in pain treatment. Being relatively new, the Coolief brand by Halyard Health needed to generate brand awareness and create differentiation from other radiofrequency ablation techniques. The Coolief website was streamlined and made easier to navigate. In just four weeks in six test markets, the site created 34 million impressions, leading to 38,000 visits. The Coolief call center had more than 815 qualified calls in the first month.
