Schick oversees the strategic direction of UnitedHealthcare's Medicaid division. She helps lead a unit that represents a $23 billion business serving nearly 6 million members in 24 states including the District of Columbia. Schick is in charge of designing strategies to support both the governmental customers as well as the individual plan members.
