Silliman, who has more than 30 years of experience in healthcare, has worked as a registered nurse, consultant and now leads from the C-suite. In her 13-year career with Florida Hospital, she has been instrumental in developing Florida Hospital for Children, the Johns Hopkins Children's Heart Surgery Program at Florida Hospital and the Women's Mobile Health Program in Central Florida.
