Since 2014, Schneider has led one of the nation's largest Medicare accountable care organizations. It's owned by Jefferson Health and Main Line Health, two large systems serving the Philadelphia area. Delaware Valley comprises more than 100 care-delivery sites and nearly 700 primary-care physicians. Under Schneider's leadership, the ACO has seen a 700% growth in its patient population.
