Krevans became president and CEO at Sutter Health in January 2016, succeeding longtime chief executive Pat Fry. She first joined Sutter in 1999 as senior vice president of managed Care. In 2000, Krevans became president of Sutter's Sacramento Sierra Region, a position she held for 11 years. As chief operating officer from 2012 to 2015, she had oversight responsibilities for a network of five multispecialty physician medical foundations, 24 acute-care hospitals, more than 30 outpatient surgery centers, and comprehensive home-care programs serving 3 million patients across Northern California. Previous roles included acting director of Medicaid, health planning and licensing for the state of Maine; and a number of administrative positions at Kaiser Permanente in Northern California.
