Evenson has been COO of the Medical Group Management Association since 2015, but has been with the organization since 2006. The MGMA provides legislative information, data, operational strategies and career resources to its members and affiliates, which represent more than 33,000 administrators and executives in 18,000 healthcare organizations. He helped the MGMA achieve a 10% boost in revenue, a 50% increase in large organizational members and reduce turnover from 28% to 8% from 2015 to 2016. Before being promoted to COO, Evenson was the association's vice president of consulting services and data solutions. Over the past several years, Evenson has served on the boards of the Arapahoe/Douglas Mental Health Network, Englewood, and Behavior Healthcare Inc., a provider network based in Aurora, Colo.
