Puckett has served as executive vice president and COO at Christus Health since June 2016. Christus is an international Catholic, not-for-profit health system comprising more than 60 hospitals and long-term-care facilities in the U.S., Mexico, Colombia and Chile. He has held a variety of leadership roles at the company for more than 25 years. In his current role, Puckett has responsibilities for domestic and international business development and strategy as well as operating leadership of the company's health insurance and group practice divisions. Before being named COO, Puckett was the system's executive vice president of strategic alliances and group operations.
