Tejal Gandhi

Dr. Tejal Gandhi, as chief clinical and safety officer at the Institute for Healthcare Improvement, leads programs focusing on improving patient and workforce safety. Until earlier this year, she was president and CEO of the National Patient Safety Foundation, which recently merged with the IHI.
