Paul Rothman
CEO, Johns Hopkins Medicine
Dr. Paul Rothman in 2012 became the 14th dean of the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and just the second CEO of Johns Hopkins Medicine. Rothman oversees both the school of medicine and the Baltimore-based Johns Hopkins Health System, which encompasses six hospitals, hundreds of community physicians and a self-funded health plan. Before joining Johns Hopkins, Rothman served for four years as dean of the Carver College of Medicine at the University of Iowa and earlier as chief of the school's internal medicine department.
