Laurie Glimcher
President/CEO, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute
Dr. Laurie Glimcher was named chief executive of the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in February 2016. She also serves as CEO of Dana-Farber/Partners CancerCare; director of Dana-Farber/Harvard Cancer Center; and a trustee of Dana-Farber/Children's Hospital Cancer Care. Glimcher has served as the Stephen and Suzanne Weiss dean and professor of medicine of Weill Cornell Medical College and as Cornell University's provost for medical affairs. She has served as the Irene Heinz Given professor of immunology at the Harvard School of Public Health, where she directed the division of biological sciences. Glimcher recently helped develop the Moonshot Initiative targeting cures for cancer under then-Vice President Joe Biden.
