The Retreat at Sheppard Pratt Health System provides intensive, personalized psychiatric care in a residential environment to treat a wide range of behavioral health conditions.To stay filled to capacity, The Retreat needed to target clientele who are both in need of intensive psychiatric care and who can afford the cost of treatment. This can be particularly challenging during the summer months, when individuals are more likely to travel and unwind from their typically stressful lives. After launching the campaign, The Retreat saw a 25% increase in calls of interest from the same time the previous year and a 13% increase in the number of pre-admission screenings.
