Several years of market research, including focus groups across Cape Cod Healthcare's service area and among staff, revealed opportunities to grow market share and do a better job of educating the public on health issues. Cape Cod Healthcare recognized the need to change the model of how it delivered its message. As a result, it created a whole new marketing platform: Cape Cod Health News, an online news hub, e-newsletter and a mobile app that deliver important health content while promoting the brand. The weekly, e-newsfeed continues to grow and reach new audiences, currently with a strong 19.54% open rate and 27.23% click rate.
