Sinai Health System provides care in one of the poorest part of Chicago to individuals who suffer disproportionately from several socio-economic factors About 60% of the payer base is Medicaid. Leaders wanted to improve engagement of Sinai caregivers, improve patient satisfaction and improve less-than-satisfactory behaviors that directly affect excellence of care. The goal was to fire up everyone involved with the project and revitalize the brand. The campaign aims to make employees understand how central they are to the success of the organization's mission.
