Leaders at the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston believed the organization was ready to compete with top-tier health systems, but it had yet to win over consumers. The long-standing tagline, "UTMB Working Together to Work Wonders," did not have a compelling story behind it, so a revamped campaign was launched to raise awareness of the brand. During the first five months of the campaign, consumer awareness rose from 88% to 91%.
