Cape Cod Healthcare wanted to assure the community that it was the safety-net provider offering exceptional care. The goal of the campaign was to humanize the Cape Cod Healthcare name by showing that employees aren't just healthcare providers; they're part of the community. They treat neighbors, friends and welcomed guests. The campaign also sought to highlight the breadth and scope of the system's services. Other objectives included fostering a positive perception of the system by allowing the community to hear directly from employees and physicians.
