Presence Health is the second-largest health system in Illinois, yet it struggles with awareness against the likes of Northwestern Medicine and Advocate Health Care. To start building greater awareness, Presence needed to reposition its brand internally and externally. Presence and Downtown Partners tried to step away from typical healthcare advertising and focused on compassion of Presence's care delivery. The campaign was filmed in black and white with real patients and physicians.
