Allegheny Health Network is the second-largest health system in a very competitive market driven by brand perceptions of its larger health system parent, Highmark. AHN was formed in 2013, but consumers are more familiar with the individual hospital names (Allegheny General, West Penn, etc.) than they are with network brand. Creating greater brand awareness and growing AHN's reputation and was critical to driving patient volume. The campaign sought to show proof of AHN's commitment to quality and patient care. It featured a new story each day for 30 straight days. Each story covered life as it unfolded. Stories showed authentic doctor-patient interactions.
