The truth is, most people are not eating as healthy as they could. The Christ Hospital Network wanted use its reputation and expertise to offer consumers information about making better food choices. The organization worked with dietitians, local food bloggers and operators of farmers markets to come up with healthy alternatives. The approach was not telling people what they should eat, but just giving them information on different options and some small changes that lead to healthier eating and a healthier lifestyle.
