The majority of people living with Type 1 diabetes (80%) are diagnosed before they turn 15 years old and live with this disease for a long time. There has been significant innovation in the diabetes space, with the most recent launches including tubeless insulin pumps. But there's also a lot of confusion for patients in an ever-changing healthcare landscape, especially about what's covered, when a device is out of warranty and what paperwork is needed to obtain a specific product. This campaign, launched in August 2016, sought to establish a dialog with diabetes patients and help them navigate the healthcare system.
