Avant Healthcare Professionals recruits, hires and trains nurses from over 60 countries and places them in healthcare facilities throughout the country. The "We're Hiring RNs!" social media campaign was delivered through Facebook. The messages were simple but compelling. Avant chose Facebook because of its international following, especially throughout the Philippines and African nations. The goal was to break down fear and apprehension that might prevent nurses from different countries from applying for positions in a foreign country.
