Baggett, 44, oversees all clinical operations at Tenet's84 hospitals and other care sites. He founded Tenet's clinical innovation awards to honor hospitals that invent new ideas, processes and solutions to improve patient outcomes. Before joining Tenet in 2009 as chief medical officer, he served as corporate vice president of clinical strategy and COO of HCA's clinical services group. Baggett is board-certified in internal medicine. This is his third time on the list of the Top 25 Minority Executives in Healthcare.
