Some 29 million people in the U.S. have diabetes, and nearly half will develop diabetic eye disease, which can lead to severe vision loss and blindness. The best way to prevent diabetic eye disease is to detect it early with an annual dilated eye exam. But many diabetics have no idea that this danger exists until it sneaks up on them. By then, the damage is already done. Radio ads in the "The Sneak" campaign aimed to raise awareness of the risk.
