Steven Corwin
CEO, New York-Presbyterian
Dr. Steven Corwin was named CEO of New York-Presbyterian Hospital in 2011 after serving for six years as its executive vice president and chief operating officer. He entered the hospital's C-suite in 1998 as its chief medical officer, a title he held until 2005. Corwin, 59, is also professor of clinical medicine at the Weill Cornell Medical College and the Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. He serves on the joint information technology committee for the hospital, Columbia University's College of Physicians and Surgeons and the medical college. He sits on regional, professional and academic boards, including the Association of American Medical Colleges.
