Dr. Kelvin Baggett, 43, became Tenet Healthcare Corp.'s first chief clinical officer after the Dallas-based chain merged with Vanguard Health Systems in October 2013. In that role, he is responsible for creating a companywide strategy for clinical operations, including care coordination and setting standards of care. He joined Tenet in 2009 as chief medical officer and previously served as chief operating officer and vice president of clinical strategy for the clinical services group at Nashville-based HCA.
