- *% of Budget in IT: 10.61%
- Location: Miami, Fla.
If you could change one thing in your program, what would it be?
Develop a sustainable change culture sooner. Implementation and change go hand in hand. In order to develop
sustainable change, it's important to embrace a culture of change. In healthcare that is usually easier said than done. We introduced a complete learning methodology around change and empowered “change leaders” from across the organization to help drive and sustain it. Our efforts have paid off tenfold. We only regret we should have introduced it sooner.
