He will take agency veteran Don Wright's place as acting secretary in the wake of Dr. Tom Price's resignation.Price resigned last month over his use of costly private jets for agency travel. Before joining the Trump administration, Hargan was a healthcare attorney at the Chicago-based law firm Greenberg Traurig.
