Jessica Bauer has been named president of Aurora Sinai Medical Center in Milwaukee and Aurora St. Luke's South Shore in Cudahy, Wis., both part of Aurora Health Care. She replaces Carolynn Glocka, who has retired.
Bauer, 34, most recently was VP of operations for two hospitals and multiple outpatient clinics that are part of SSM Health, based in St. Louis.
Showalter
William Showalter has been named chief information officer at UC Davis Health, based in Sacramento, Calif., effective Feb. 13. He succeeds Michael Minear, who left to become senior VP and CIO at Lehigh Valley Health Network in Pennsylvania.
Showalter, 57, most recently was senior VP and CIO at Froedtert and the Medical College of Wisconsin, based in Milwaukee. Previously he was senior VP and CIO of Mercy Health in St. Louis and CIO of Fairview Health Services in Minneapolis.
Dr. Gilbert Padula has been named medical director of Summa Health Cancer Institute in Akron, Ohio. He replaces Dr. R. Douglas Trochelman, who will stay at Summa as a medical oncologist.
Padula, 47, has served since 2002 as president of Grand Rapids (Mich.) Radiation Oncology at the Mercy Health Lacks Cancer Center. He also for the past three years served as medical director for technology and innovation at the cancer center. He previously was principal investigator for the Cancer Research Consortium of West Michigan.
Judy Tingley has been named VP and CEO of Erlanger Heart and Lung Institute, part of Erlanger Health System in Chattanooga, Tenn.
Tingley most recently served as COO of HeartSource, a joint program of the divisions of cardiology and cardiothoracic surgery at Columbia University Medical Center in New York City. She also serves as an assistant professor of clinical nursing.
Gantner
John Gantner has been named VP and chief integration officer at RWJBarnabas Health, New Brunswick, N.J., effective in mid-March.
Gantner joins the health system after serving in the role of executive VP and CFO for BayCare Health System, a 12-hospital health system based in Clearwater, Fla.
Amanda Dyle has been named CFO at Princeton Baptist Medical Center in Birmingham, Ala., a Tenet Healthcare Corp. facility.
Dyle, 45, most recently served as CFO at Walker Baptist Medical Center in Jasper, Ala. Previously she was CFO at Coastal Carolina Hospital in Hardeeville, S.C., and also served as assistant CFO at Atlanta Medical Center.
Erik Baier has been named president and CEO of Presence Medical Group, the multispecialty practice of Chicago-based Presence Health. He replaces Howard Drenth, who left last year to become CEO of Florida Hospital Medical Group in Orlando.
Baier, 57, was most recently VP and CFO at Amita Health Medical Group, Arlington Heights, Ill., a physician organization that represents more than 500 providers. He previously was a principal consultant at Culbert Healthcare Solutions, a consulting firm in Woburn, Mass., and COO of DuPage Medical Group in Downers Grove, Ill.
