Modern Healthcare is accepting nominations for the 2017 ranking of the 50 Most Influential Physician Executives and Leaders in Healthcare.
The annual program recognizes physician leaders for their impact on healthcare and within the industry. Nominees will be judged based on their executive responsibilities, leadership, professional achievement, innovation and community service. Physician leaders from all sectors of the industry are eligible.
The nomination period runs through March 3. A ballot with 150 nominees will be open for voting from March 27 through April 28. Fifty of those nominees will make up the final ranking, with the selections based 50% on readers' votes and 50% based on input from the senior editors at Modern Healthcare.
The ranking will be published in the June 19 issue of Modern Healthcare and online.
