    Kindred Rehabilitation Hospital in Arlington will lay off 92 people at the end of the year, according to a letter sent to the Texas Workforce Commission on Nov. 2.

Consequently, new data-driven flexible pricing schemes the Swiss drugmaker and others in the industry are pushing to replace today's "pay-per-pill" approach are well advanced in cancer treatment but will take longer for conditions like multiple sclerosis.
