Dr. Timothy Regan has been promoted to chief medical officer at Lakeland (Fla.) Regional Health and president of its flagship Lakeland Regional Health Medical Center, effective Oct. 1. He replaces Dr. Mack Reavis, who retired at the end of September.
Regan, 42, joined the system in 2005 as an emergency medicine physician. He later served in a variety of leadership roles including associate medical director of the emergency department, medical director of information technology, senior chief quality officer and senior chief medical informatics officer.
Before joining Lakeland, Regan was assistant medical director of the ED at South County Hospital in Wakefield, R.I.
Timothy Dentry has been named COO of nine-hospital Eastern Maine Healthcare Systems effective Nov. 7.
Dentry, 59, most recently was CEO for six years of Johns Hopkins Medicine International's Tawam Hospital in Abu Dhabi. He has also served as VP of global services and managing director of Johns Hopkins Medicine International.
Jeremy Redin has been named CFO of Antelope Valley Hospital in Lancaster, Calif. He replaces Paul Brydon, who retired earlier this year.
Redin, 41, most recently was assistant CFO at Valley Presbyterian Hospital in Van Nuys, Calif. He has also been CFO at Alta Hospitals System in Los Angeles, which operates six hospitals in California and Texas.
In his 20-year healthcare career, he has also served as controller at California Hospital Medical Center in Los Angeles and controller at Glendale (Calif.) Memorial Hospital and Health Center.
