Andy joined Kindred in 2015 and serves as the Senior Vice President, Strategic Partnerships for Kindred Healthcare, Inc., the nation's largest provider of diversified post-acute and long term care services. Mr. Ward focuses on post-acute network development through strategic partnerships with health systems and acute care providers with the goal of increasing efficiency and improving clinical outcomes for patient populations. Prior to joining Kindred, Mr. Ward worked in corporate development for one of the nation's largest inpatient rehabilitation and home health providers and investment banking with a focus on healthcare services and managed care. Mr. Ward received his undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and his Masters of Business Administration from Vanderbilt University.

Dr. Sally Brooks

Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Sally Brooks is Chief Medical Officer for Kindred Rehabilitation Services, a division of Kindred Healthcare. In her role, Dr. Brooks provides educational support, tools and resources to engage and develop medical director physician leaders with the goal of providing high-quality, patient-centered and efficient rehabilitation services. Before joining Kindred, Dr. Brooks was employed at UnitedHealth Group and Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield where she developed and implemented Medicare and Medicaid clinical programs that serve both ambulatory and nursing center populations. She also practiced in ambulatory and inpatient settings focusing on older adult care prior to launching her career as a physician executive. Dr. Brooks holds degrees in pharmacy and biology in addition to her medical degree.

Geoffrey Eddowes

Senior Vice President, Post-Acute Services

Penn Medicine - Lancaster General Health

Mr. Eddowes provides executive leadership for the Lancaster General health system's post-acute care services, including long-term care services, home-care services and serves as staff liaison for Lancaster Rehabilitation Hospital. Prior to this role, he was past President and CEO of Luthercare, a continuing care retirement organization based in Lititz. He also served as the Vice President of Operations for the American Retirement Corporation in Brentwood, Tenn., and as Vice President of Operations for the Willow Valley Retirement Communities. He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Temple University and was a past recipient of Central Penn Business Journal's Forty Under 40 program.

In the past, Christina has served as editorial director of three national magazines, a business editor at a Chicago investment bank, and a freelance writer/producer for various media outlets, including a stint at Modern Healthcare's sister publication Crain's Chicago Business.
