David Hadley, the chief financial officer of Integris Health, will not return to the Oklahoma City-based hospital system after suffering an undisclosed injury.
Integris, the largest not-for-profit system in Oklahoma, said Monday that Hadley has “reached the end of his leave of absence and will not be returning.” Hadley was injured in an unspecified accident, Integris revealed in March, and his return at the time was considered “uncertain.”
Thomas Honan, who has served as interim CFO of Integris since Hadley went on leave, will continue his role until Integris finds a permanent CFO, the system said.
Integris media officials did not share details about the nature of Hadley's injury or accident by deadline.
Hadley had been at Integris since February 2014 and previously was the CFO of Via Christi Health in Wichita, Kan.
In its fiscal 2015 report, Integris recorded a $69.6 million operating loss and $1.38 billion of revenue, according to the Modern Healthcare database of health system finances. Most of the loss was tied to a $140 million settlement dispute with the CMS over how Medicare disproportionate share payments were recorded.
