Heather Rohan has been promoted to president of HCA’s TriStar Division, which includes 16 hospitals in Georgia, Kentucky and Tennessee. She will begin her new role Dec. 1. She succeeds Steve Corbeil, who is retiring after 12 years with HCA. Corbeil has been president of HCA’s TriStar Division since 2011. He previously served as president of HCA’s 10-hospital Midwest Division.
Rohan has been with HCA for 30 years, most recently as CEO of TriStar Centennial Medical Center, Nashville. She previously held several executive roles at HCA facilities, including CEO of Aventura (Fla.) Hospital and Medical Center and CEO of Palms West Hospital, Loxahatchee, Fla.
Stephen Oglesby has been promoted to CFO of Baptist Health, a system based in Louisville, Ky. He will begin the role Sept. 1. He replaces Carl Herde, 56, who is retiring after 32 years with Baptist Health. He has been VP and CFO of the system since 1993.
Oglesby, 55, joined Baptist Health in 1993 and most recently served as VP of financial strategy and integration for the system. He previously served as assistant VP of finance.
