Joanne Inman has been promoted to president of Sentara Leigh Hospital, Norfolk, Va. The facility is part of Sentara Healthcare, a system serving Virginia and North Carolina.

Regional Medical Center; and Sentara Obici Hospital in Suffolk, Va. She is also head of Sentara's life care and enterprise divisions, which include the system's home care and hospice services and medical transport services.
Previously, Inman was VP of operations at Sentara Virginia Beach (Va.) General Hospital for four years. She joined Sentara Healthcare in 2004 and was director of patient-care services at Sentara Leigh Hospital for seven years.
