PeaceHealth taps Hodgkinson as CFO

Kimberly Hodgkinson has been named executive vice president and CFO of Vancouver, Wash.-based PeaceHealth. She will begin her role at the Catholic system on June 13.

Hodgkinson, 52, currently serves as CFO of St. Vincent's HealthCare in Jacksonville, Fla., a member of Ascension Health. She has held leadership roles at Trinity Health, Aurora Health Care, and Columbia St. Mary's Health System.

Hodgkinson joins several new additions to PeaceHealth's board of directors.

Among them is Dr. Todd Strumwasser, currently Dignity Health's senior VP of operations for the San Francisco Bay area; Karl Carrier, former interim senior VP and CEO of Providence Health & Services; and Kevin Murphy, VP of theology and ethics at Irvine, Calif.-based St. Joseph Health.

PeaceHealth has doubled in size over the past decade with the construction of three hospitals in Oregon and Washington and a new clinic in Alaska. The system reported $2.55 billion in total revenue for 2015, according to the healthcare systems financial database at Modern Healthcare.
