Mark French is Vice President of Vendor Management for Ochsner Health System, and is responsible for managing all areas defined as 'Purchased Services,' conducting monthly operating reviews with key vendors, renegotiating/reviewing new and existing contracts, and providing overall management of ~$104M in annual spend. Prior to his current role, Mark served as Chief Operating Officer of Ochsner's flagship hospital, responsible for the operational management and strategic development of Ochsner Medical Center (500+ bed hospital), as well as the hospital-based physician practices. Mark holds a Master of Health Administration from Tulane University and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from the University of California at Davis.

Peter Stelling joined MD Buyline in 2015. With over 20 years of leadership and management experience, Peter was a consultant with A.T. Kearney and Ernst & Young and focused on hospital supply chain operations, system implementation and strategic sourcing. Prior to entering into the consulting field, Peter managed various financial operations for Capital One. He began his career in the military, serving a combined 15 years in the U.S. Army and U.S. Army Reserve in combat and logistics leadership roles. Peter holds a Bachelor of Science from the United States Military Academy in West Point, New York and a Masters in Business Administration from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University in Dallas.

Serina Seward is Purchased Services Manager for Lovelace Health System, where she is responsible for analyzing and negotiating purchased services contracts related to healthcare. Serina coordinates and facilitates purchased services contracts for 15 hospitals and multiple clinics located in 3 states within the Lovelace Health System in New Mexico, and for Hillcrest Healthcare System in Oklahoma and BSA Health System in Amarillo, TX. In her first year in the position in 2014, Serina renegotiated 35 contracts and achieved more than $1.34 million in savings for Lovelace.
