The Elder Care Alliance, an Alameda, Calif., not-for-profit operator of assisted-living, memory care and skilled-nursing facilities, has permanently appointed Adriene Iverson as president and CEO.
Iverson had served as interim president and CEO at the organization since April. She replaced Jesse Jantzen, who left to become president and CEO of senior-care business for St. Louis-based Ascension Health.
Prior to becoming interim CEO, Iverson was VP of strategy and business development, a job she held since 2014. She joined the company in 2010 as VP of operations, and led Alliance through a significant software transition as well as the implementation of electronic health records across all of its facilities.
