Ohio State University's Wexner Medical Center has appointed a new CFO to oversee its $2.9 billion budget.
Mark Larmore, 53, will start on Oct. 1, once his appointment is approved by the university's board of trustees. He joins the academic medical center from New York-Presbyterian Hospital, where he was CFO, senior VP and treasurer.
During his more than 25-year career at New York-Presbyterian, Larmore served in a variety of financial positions, including director of finance, VP of finance, senior VP of finance and assistant treasurer.
At OSU, Larmore will be responsible for Wexner Medical Center's strategic financial planning, including the OSU hospitals and clinics, the College of Medicine, faculty group practice and all other affiliated programs.
