LifePoint promotes three senior leaders

LifePoint Health has promoted three of its senior leaders to new positions, including Dr. Christopher Rehm as chief medical informatics officer.

Rehm will be responsible for implementing clinical and applications and technology that utilize analytics to aid the company's quality, safety and efficiency efforts, LifePoint said. He has served as the Brentwood, Tenn.-based hospital chain's VP of medical informatics for the past two years.

Before joining LifePoint, Rehm was CMO and VP of business development for Aionex, a Goodlettsville, Tenn.-based care management software provider.

Reggie Hill, the company's chief compliance officer since 2013, has been promoted to senior VP and chief compliance and policy officer. Prior to joining LifePoint, he was an attorney at Nashville-based Waller Lansden, Dortch & Davis for more than 30 years.

Pam Belcher will serve as senior VP of human resources and talent management, after working as the VP of organizational development and recruitment for the last seven years. Belcher will focus on improving compensation and benefit programs, employee relations succession planning and performance management, LifePoint said.

Before joining LifePoint, Belcher was VP of consulting and client development for Right Management Consultants, also in Brentwood.

All three promotions were effective immediately when announced Tuesday.
