Tampa, Fla.-based Greystone Healthcare Management has acquired Executive Care of Columbus (Ohio), a provider of home health and private-duty nursing services.
The deal, completed Feb. 1, will add Executive Care to Greystone's existing network of home health agencies, post-acute facilities and hospice services. Executive Care's brand, leadership and employees all are being retained.
Most of Greystone's facilities are in Florida, but it also owns Rehabilitation and Health Center of Gahanna and Greystone Hospice of Ohio, both in the Columbus area.
Greystone had acquired Columbus-based Amity Hospice in July 2014. Executive Care serves the cities of Columbus, Newark and Mount Vernon in Ohio.
Financial details of the latest purchase were not disclosed.
