Essia Health, a Woodland Hills, Calif.-based company that provides medical scribes and helps hospitals implement electronic health-record systems, has a new CFO and a new member of the company's board of directors.
William Moore, 44, is the new CFO, and Anita Pramoda, 40, has been added to the board of directors.
Moore, who has over 20 years of experience in finance and management, most recently served as CFO of 4medica, a Culver City, Calif.-based provider of cloud-based applications that integrate patient data from multiple sources and settings. He has also served as interim CFO and vice president of finance for Mood Media, a Toronto-based digital music company that he helped go public.
