Corizon Health, a correctional-facility healthcare provider based in Brentwood, Tenn., has named B. Anderson Flatt as its senior vice president and chief information officer.
Flatt, 52, started his new role with Corizon earlier this month. He was most recently vice president and CIO at Nashville-based Cigna-HealthSpring, which offers Medicare and Medicaid plans.
With more than 30 years of health information technology experience, Flatt served as CIO with AIM Healthcare Services, and held technology management positions with HCA and Baptist Hospital in Nashville. A former software developer, Flatt also cofounded MIQS, an electronic health-records company.
