The Electronic Healthcare Network Accreditation Commission has begun beta testing a new accreditation program for the technological capabilities of accountable care organizations, the Farmington, Conn.-based not-for-profit standards development and accreditation body has announced.
Capital Clinical Integrated Network, a collaborative of Washington-based Medicaid managed-care organizations and healthcare and behavioral health providers, and HEALTHEC, a Piscataway, N.J.-based provider of health information technology systems and services, will beta test the accreditation process, according to an EHNAC news release.
