Keating named CFO at Fletcher Allen

Todd Keating will become the new CFO at Fletcher Allen Partners, effective June 16, the Burlington, Vt.-based health system announced.

Keating most recently served as senior VP of business development at UMass Memorial Healthcare, Worcester, Mass. Keating worked on the merger of the University of Massachusetts Medical Center and Memorial Healthcare that formed the UMass system.

“He has a proven track record of navigating the financial complexities of today's healthcare environment,” said Dr. John Brumsted, CEO at Fletcher Allen Partners. “I am confident that the combined expertise of our finance team, led by Todd, will position us well as we transition from a fee-for-service payment structure to a population health management structure.” Keating has more than 26 years of healthcare finance experience.

Fletcher Allen Partners includes Fletcher Allen Health Care in Burlington; Central Vermont Medical Center, Barre; CVPH Medical Center in Plattsburgh, N.Y., and Elizabethtown Community Hospital, Elizabethtown, N.Y. Through Fletcher Allen Health Care, Fletcher Allen Partners is in alliance with the University of Vermont, forming Vermont's academic medical center. Fletcher Allen Partners was established in January 2012.
