Conn. docs face dilemma dosing medical marijuana

The regulations for Connecticut's medical marijuana program have been described as among the strictest in the country, and state officials have repeatedly said they aim to treat marijuana as any other pharmaceutical. But some physicians have pointed out that, unlike other pharmaceuticals, marijuana doesn't have federal approval or the guidelines that come with it.
